Joe left us waiting for two full hours with a flat tire, only to later call and claim that I had given him the wrong address while I was clearly spelling it out for him. The entire call was recorded, and I also have a recording where he explicitly stated that he would charge me $390 for his own mistake. I was absolutely shocked. At the end of the conversation, he told me he would arrive in two hours. One hour later, he called again and said that dispatch had cancelled the roadside service even though I was the only one he spoke to. Really unprofessional . Do not recommend!!!!! Stay away from this guy.

Had Nico come change a rear axle seal. He did a great job, even when not everything went well, he stuck it out until the job was done!

I’ve never felt anyone when broke down so nice and helpful than these people, they were so nice they actually have a calming voice, they were fast I think for as far away as I was and the young man who showed up was very nice all smiles and actually pretty quick for being so young so I’m sure he has been tough by good mechanic and he actually watched and listened . I can’t thank you all enough for taking time to help me it is so appreciated you have no idea thank you I wish you all the best and people they are the real deal flood them with work lol sorry had to say that but get ready to be blessed you deserve it .
